Amendment No. 1 was offered  by Representatives Mulder and Porter:                                   
                                                                                                    
Page 4, line 31, following "The Alaska Judicial Council":                                           
 Delete "shall conduct an evaluation of the pilot"                                                  
 Insert "will develop a uniform data collection form for use by the                                 
therapeutic courts.  The Council shall evaluate the effectiveness of the

pilot therapeutic court programs by developing baseline information                                 
and comparing that data with ongoing program results as reported by

Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that                                        
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so

Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
172(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                 
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
